주식회사 달파몬(이하 "회사")은 내부 업무 대시보드 애플리케이션 "Dalpamon"(이하 "서비스")을 운영함에 있어 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

  • 음성 인식을 통해 생성된 회의록 텍스트 (음성 데이터 자체는 저장되지 않음)
  • 업무 계획, 일지, 메모 등 대시보드에 입력하는 텍스트 데이터
  • 로그인 인증 정보 (기기의 보안 저장소에 저장)

2. 정보 이용 목적

수집된 정보는 회사 내부 업무 계획 및 관리 목적으로만 사용되며, 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.

3. 음성 인식

서비스는 기기에 내장된 음성 인식(Web Speech API)을 사용합니다. 음성 데이터는 녹음 또는 저장되지 않으며, 실시간으로 변환된 텍스트만 저장됩니다.

4. 데이터 저장

  • 업무 데이터: Supabase 클라우드 데이터베이스에 저장
  • 인증 정보: 기기의 보안 저장소(쿠키/로컬스토리지)에 저장

5. 제3자 서비스

  • Supabase — 데이터베이스 호스팅
  • Anthropic Claude API — 회의록 요약 및 AI 질의응답
  • Voyage AI — 검색 임베딩 생성

각 서비스는 해당 업체의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.

6. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

데이터는 계정이 활성화된 동안 보관됩니다. 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.

Dalpamon Inc. ("Company") operates an internal business dashboard application called "Dalpamon" ("Service"). This policy describes how we handle data within the Service.

  • Meeting transcript text generated via speech recognition (audio itself is not stored)
  • Task plans, journal entries, and notes entered into the dashboard
  • Login credentials (stored securely on device)

2. How We Use Data

All collected data is used solely for internal business planning and management. We do not share data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Speech Recognition

The Service uses the device's native speech recognition (Web Speech API). Audio is not recorded or stored — only the resulting text transcripts are saved.

4. Data Storage

  • Business data: stored in a Supabase cloud database
  • Authentication: stored in device secure storage (cookies / localStorage)

5. Third-Party Services
